This product is the single most helpful product for thyroid malfunction I have ever encountered.  I use it with Dr. Christopher's Thyroid Maintenance Formula and occasionally Thyrotrophin from Standard Process.  But if I have to use just one, I will use the Chaparral Yerba Mansa Rub.  This is massaged into the thyroid at least right before bed and again in the morning some time.  If a case is stubborn, it is repeated several times per day (see video on Thyroid Care (link to YouTube).  We expect to get improved thyroid function almost immediately.
